Pregnancy Symptoms

Pregnancy is an incredible journey—but that doesn’t mean it’s always comfortable! Whether you’re dealing with back pain, heartburn, or just feeling "off," I’ll help you explore gentle, effective ways to ease the discomfort and feel more at home in your changing body. You don’t have to tough it out—let’s find what works for you.

Hospital & Provider Policies

Trying to understand hospital procedures and provider policies can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re planning for a VBAC or hoping for a more personalized birth experience. I’m here to help you navigate it all, ask the right questions, and feel confident about your choices. When you know what to expect (and why), you can make decisions that align with your values and birth goals.

Research Based Answers

Heard something from your provider that raised questions? Wondering if that natural induction method is actually effective? I’ve got you. I’m passionate about digging into solid, research-backed info and sharing it in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. Whether it’s about big babies, due dates, or birth plans, I’ll help you sort through the facts so you can feel empowered and informed every step of the way.

First Prenatal

Offered in-person or virtually—whatever works best for you.

This is where we lay the foundation for your birth journey together. During our first session, we’ll:

  • Talk through your hopes, preferences, and any questions as we begin shaping your birth plan

  • Explore any concerns you have about labor, birth, or what’s ahead

  • Practice mindfulness tools and calming techniques to help you feel grounded and centered during labor

Your mindset can truly shape your birth experience. Together, we’ll focus on tuning into your body, quieting outside noise, and building the confidence to move through labor with clarity and calm.

Second Prenatal

This session is all about getting practical, hands-on, and personalized to you. We'll dive into:

  • Reviewing and updating your birth plan based on your current preferences

  • Practicing comfort measures that help you feel grounded and supported

  • Going over the Miles Circuit and how it can be used effectively

  • Exploring different labor positions to find what feels best for your body

  • Talking through what early labor and “go time” might look and feel like for you

This visit is designed to help you feel more prepared and in tune with your body. We’ll experiment, move, and figure out what’s most helpful—so when the big day comes, you’ll feel confident and ready to lean into your birth experience.
